Affiliate Manager Team Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Manager Lead to join an international iGaming company. In this role, you’ll take the lead in expanding and managing affiliate partnerships across the Southeast Asian market. You’ll play a key role in performance marketing, partner relations, and local market strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team for the Asia market 
  • Lead efforts to attract, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliate partners
  • Handle the technical setup of campaigns in collaboration with new partners
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize results based on key KPIs
  • Conduct ongoing research into local affiliate marketing trends and competitors
  • Support localization by proofreading local creatives when needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
  • In-depth understanding of the Southeast Asian market, especially Indonesia
  • Strong network of local affiliates and traffic sources
  • Fluency in English 
  • Knowledge of Asian languages is a plus
  • Expertise with CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models
  • Understanding of S2S tracking and affiliate platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with regional player acquisition strategies and affiliate-driven traffic
  • Knowledge of competitor strategies and market trends
