Head of Treasury

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Head of Treasury to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organization of the treasury function (team of 4+ people);
• Participation in building the goods and cash flow structure of the group of companies;
• Cash flow management – overseeing liquidity of available payment methods to ensure uninterrupted company operations;
• Expanding the variety of payment methods;
• Other ad hoc tasks from management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Treasury Specialist position or related roles involving direct work (actual payments, support with account openings, and compliance/substance of payments) with banks, EMIs, payment systems, crypto providers, and other payment methods across various jurisdictions;
• Experience in managing a team of specialists (full cycle);
• Experience in liquidity management across multiple companies and payment methods, as well as Cash Flow management;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian/Russian and English is required.
