Head of HR Finance

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Budgeting Cycle: Drive full-cycle HR financial planning across headcount, compensation & benefits, recruitment, mobility, learning & development, and more.
- Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Build robust models and forecasts that inform leadership decisions and long-term planning.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and Business Units to align people investments with core business objectives.
- Executive Dashboards & Insights: Design clean, powerful dashboards and visualizations to support C-level decision-making.
- Support Organizational Growth: Provide data-driven insight for workforce expansion, restructuring, and organizational development plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR Finance, FP&A, or Controlling, ideally in a high-growth or global company
- Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets, and ideally tools like Anaplan, Workday, SAP, Oracle
- Deep understanding of HR metrics, cost structures, and global payroll dynamics
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic mindset: you think in terms of ROI, scalability, and long-term value
Nice to Have
- Experience in iGaming, tech, or international scale-ups
- Hands-on background in HR technology transformation or AI-based planning tools
