Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing function and accelerate growth across regulated and emerging iGaming markets. This is a senior executive role, combining strategic vision with performance marketing execution. Candidates with proven experience in crypto-native iGaming, Asia market expansion, and operating in multilingual environments (EN and RU/UA) will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, brand, CRM, SEO, content, and partnerships
  • Scale multi-channel user acquisition efforts (including PPC, affiliate, programmatic, social) with strong ROI focus
  • Oversee regional go-to-market strategy, especially for Asia and crypto-forward markets
  • Adapt messaging and campaigns for multilingual, multicultural audiences with localization precision
  • Lead marketing automation, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation
  • Manage and grow distributed internal teams and external agency/partner relationships
  • Ensure marketing compliance across multiple jurisdictions and platforms (especially for crypto transactions and promotions)
  • Collaborate with Product and BI teams to optimize the full player lifecycle
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies in real time

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing leadership in iGaming, fintech, or digital B2C sectors
  • Strong experience in crypto marketing, token-based promotions, and blockchain-integrated iGaming ecosystems
  • In-depth understanding of how crypto wallets, transactions, and DeFi tools influence iGaming UX, acquisition, and retention
  • Track record of building high-performing marketing teams across regions
  • Direct experience entering and scaling brands in Asia (SEA, East Asia preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, and CRM lifecycle tactics
  • Fluent in English and Russian; additional Asian languages a plus
  • Hands-on with MarTech stacks, analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms
  • Deep awareness of regulatory frameworks, ad platform restrictions, and market-specific marketing constraints
