Chief Product Officer (CPO)
We seek a CPO with a proven record in leading product strategy, delivery, and growth, particularly in Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the global product strategy aligned with business objectives and market demands
- Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch, including roadmap definition and prioritization
- Drive product development with a focus on scalability, performance, compliance, and regional adaptation
- Build and manage a distributed product team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and user feedback gathering with a focus on Asia
- Ensure product KPIs are met: engagement, retention, monetization, and operational performance
- Oversee feature localization and UX optimization for Asian markets
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to align product execution
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of product leadership experience, including at least 3 years at executive level
- Proven success in iGaming, mobile gaming, betting, or similar entertainment verticals
- Deep understanding of Asian markets (SEA, East Asia), including user behavior and regulatory environments
- Strong ability to scale products across markets and manage remote product teams
- Experience with agile methodologies, A/B testing, product analytics, and mobile-first development
- Fluent in English, Russian. Asian language is an advantage
- Hands-on leadership approach with strong decision-making and execution capabilities.
