Head of Project/Region

We are seeking a strategic and culturally fluent Head of Project / Region to lead operations, growth, and project execution across the Southeast Asia region. This leadership role combines regional expertise with operational oversight, team management, and market expansion strategy in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the execution and delivery of regional projects across SEA markets 
  • Manage cross-functional teams including local marketing, customer support, product localization, and partner management
  • Own regional P&L performance, growth KPIs, and long-term success metrics
  • Oversee market entry and expansion strategies, including regulatory research and licensing
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, affiliates, and vendors in the region
  • Ensure projects align with global business goals while addressing local market needs
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Represent the brand across regional industry events, partnerships, and media

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project or regional management, preferably in gaming, iGaming, or tech sectors
  • Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets, cultures, and user behavior
  • Strong track record of team leadership, budget ownership, and operational execution
  • Excellent communication in English; knowledge of a local SEA language is a plus (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese)
  • Experience with remote team coordination and multicultural environments
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to solve problems and drive results
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments, payment systems, and regional marketing channels
