SMM TikTok Manager

We are looking for an SMM TikTok Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branded TikTok accounts, including strategy development, content planning, and publishing.
• Monitor trends and create engaging, viral, and platform-relevant content.
• Collaborate with agencies to produce viral TikTok campaigns.
• Work closely with the design team to develop animated banners, graphics, and other visual content.
• Partner with content creators to secure advertising placements in their public accounts.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., views, engagement) to optimize content strategy and meet KPIs.

• 1+ year of experience managing commercial TikTok accounts.
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms and trending formats for viral content creation.
• Proven skills in TikTok video production and content planning.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills focused on social media growth.
• Experience working with creative agencies and content creators.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with promo/content and design teams.
• High level of creativity and adaptability to rapidly shifting social media trends.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or English.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani or Kazakh or Uzbek.
• Personal experience managing TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts accounts.
• On-camera skills and presence.
• Familiarity with tools such as opus.pro or similar video production platforms.
