Sponsorship Manager (Asia Region)
We are looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Manager, who has experience with the South Asia region in iGaming.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying Sponsorship Opportunities:
- Market Analysis: Research and identify high-impact sponsorship opportunities within the sports and entertainment sectors that can boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Discuss sponsorship properties in sports clubs/ leagues/ federations of football, basketball, tennis, cricket, and other sports
- Strategic Fit: Evaluate potential sponsorships to ensure they align with the brand’s target audience, marketing strategy, and overall business objectives.
- Partnership Negotiation: Lead negotiations with sports teams, leagues, athletes, and events to secure sponsorship deals that deliver maximum value for the brand.
- Contract Management: Manage sponsorship agreements, ensuring clear deliverables, rights, and obligations for both parties.
Managing Sponsorship Execution:
- Campaign Integration: Work closely with the local marketing team to integrate sponsorships into broader marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Activation Planning: Develop and oversee the activation of sponsorship deals, including events, promotions, and campaigns that leverage the sponsorship to engage audiences.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the sponsorship budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming and entertainment sectors to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in sponsorship, marketing, or business development roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions within the iGaming or entertainment sectors.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the sports industry, excellent networking skills and the iGaming landscape overall knowledge
- Data-Driven: Experience in leveraging data analytics to inform sponsorship strategies and measure effectiveness, ensuring decisions are grounded in insights.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Values-Driven: Demonstrated commitment to organizational values, particularly in embodying Ownership through active contribution to departmental and corporate strategies.
- Initiative: Proven capability to lead strategic initiatives that influence the company’s direction and create meaningful partnerships.
